A device for collecting, transferring, and storing samples of a biological and/or chemical material, wherein the device (20) comprises: a support body (21), developing along a main longitudinal direction (22) between a first end (23) and a second end (24) opposite to each other and connected by an intermediate portion (25) elongate in the main longitudinal direction (22), a collection portion (26) engaging the first end (23) and configured to collect a quantity of a sample of a biological and/or chemical material, the collection portion (26) being defined at least by a first coating layer (26a) realized on the first end (23) and made from an elastically deformable material and by a second coating layer (26b) consisting of a layer of flocked fibers, the second coating layer (26b) being realized through a fiber flocking process on the first coating layer (26a) and being configured to absorb a quantity of liquid including at least one sample of a biological and/or chemical material.
