An example medical device may include a catheter shaft having a proximal end, a distal portion, and a lumen formed therein. The distal portion may be capable of shifting between a first configuration and a second helical configuration. The distal portion may have a plurality of fluid ports formed therein. An electrode may be disposed within the lumen. The electrode may be capable of transmitting energy through the plurality of fluid ports.
