PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit scattering of cut grass and pebbles in a side separating from a mower, even at a part between steering wheels.SOLUTION: The steering-type mower includes: a pair of left/right wheels provided on one end side and the other end side respectively in the longitudinal direction of a traveling machine body in both sides of a mower 4; a steering mechanism 50 capable of steering the pair of left/right wheels of any one of or both of the one end side and the other end side; and a suspension cover 56 inhibiting scattering of cut grass in the longitudinal direction between the pair of left/right wheels. The suspension cover 56 is supported by steering operation members 51 of the steering mechanism 50 for performing steering operation of the wheels so as to move in the right or left direction the same as the steering direction of the wheels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
