A brake operation lever comprises: a lever body (51) supported on a reel body (2) to be able to be rotated； an operating unit (50) installed in a first end of the lever body (51) to operate a brake； a brake shoe (52) installed in a second end of the lever body (51) and pressed on the rotor (3) by the operation of the operating unit (50)； an elastic member (53)； and a desorption preventing tool. The elastic member (53) is disposed in the side of the lever body (51) of the brake shoe (52), is elastically deformed when the brake shoe (52) is pressed on the rotor (3), and transfers pressing power from the lever body (51) to the brake shoe (52).
