Furthermore, the syringe refiller (200) comprises a plunger component (130) comprising a plunger (140) attached to a handle (150), the plunger (140) being configured slidable along an inner wall of the liquid reservoir (100), wherein the plunger (140) seals the liquid reservoir (140) towards the first opening (110). Moreover, the syringe refiller (120) comprises a first syringe needle element (160) and an air channelling system (169) allowing for air to be sucked into the syringe refiller (200) without interfering with liquid contained therein.
