The metal frame supports a handle shaft. The pinion gear is configured to transmit the rotation of the handle shaft to a spool shaft. The bearing rotatably supports the pinion gear. The clutch member is used for switching the spool shaft and the pinion gear between a coupled state and a decoupled state. The resin clutch supporting member is fixed to the frame.
