PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel biodegradable resin composition which has favorable physical properties in shape-setting property, tensile strength, fracture elongation and impact strength and contains a physiologically active substance, and a preparation method of the resin composition.
SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (1) 50.00-99.99 wt.% biodegradable polymer which has a glass transition temperature of &ge40°C and contains at least one structure chosen from lactic acid and glycolic acid, based on the total weight of biodegradable polymers, (2) 0.01-50.00 wt.% biodegradable polymer which has a glass transition temperature or a sub-glass transition temperature of <40°C, based on the total weight of biodegradable polymers, and (3) 0.001-10.000 wt.% physiologically active substance, based on the total weight of the resin composition.
