The ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing having a window formed in one side thereof an ultraviolet source installed at an inside of the housing and emitting ultraviolet rays through the window in order to sterilize microorganisms a container installed at an inside of the housing to contain a dehumidifying agent and a controller installed at one side of the housing to control the operation of the ultraviolet source. In addition, the ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus further comprises an air conditioning and heating system for air conditioning and heating around the housing. The air conditioning and heating system includes an evaporator, a condenser, a first expanding valve, and a second expanding valve. The ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus is installed in the storage closet, on the table, and on the cutting board. The ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus according to the present invention can be simply and installed and used in the storage closet, on the table, and on the cutting board through modularization. In addition, the ultraviolet sterilizing apparatus can be conveniently and usefully used by a dehumidifying function of the dehumidifying agent and an air conditioning and cooling function of the air conditioning and cooling system.
