PURPOSE: A method for preparing a medicinal thread is provided to strongly stimulate an acupuncture spot while a biodegradable thread melts inside the human body. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a medicinal thread comprises: a step of manufacturing a mono-filament through the homo-polymerization of glycolide, L-lactide, D-lactide, D,L-lactide, p-dioxnaone, epsilon-caprolactone, trimethylenecarbonat, copolymerization of glycolide and L-lactide, copolymerization of L-lactide and epsilon-caprolactone； and a step of providing an embossing structure by attaching poly p-dioxanone powder to the mono-filament.본 발명은 생분해 폴리머를 이용하여 제조하는 한방 약침의 제조에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로는 USP 3-0에서 9-0까지의 생분해성 폴리머 폴리피다이옥산논(poly p-dioxanone 이하 PDO라고 함) 봉합사로써 방사 제작한 실을 2가닥, 3가닥, 4가닥을 꼬아서 혹은 5가닥 꼬아서 제조하거나, 표면에 스크레치 또는 엠보씽 효과를 주어 좀 더 경혈을 자극할 수 있게 개선된 한방 약침용 생분해 침의 제조에 대한 것이다.
