PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel radioactive octreotide derivative, which is glycosylated and bound to a somatostatin receptor.SOLUTION: There is provided an improved sst-receptor binding peptidic ligand for the diagnosis and therapeutic application in nuclear medicine. The improved ligand includes a natural or unnatural amino acid or peptidomimetic structure, a carbohydrate unit and a chelator or a prosthetic group, at N-terminal or at C-terminal or at both terminals thereof to provide a complexion formation of a radioisotope, which binds or holds the radioisotope.
