COMPOSITION ANTISEPTIQUE COMPRENANT DE L'UNITHIOL ET DU DIMÉTHYLSULFOXYDE, UTILISATION DE LA COMPOSITION ET PROCÉDÉ DE TRAITEMENT DES PLAIES L'UTILISANT
The invention relates to novel colloidal antiseptic compositions for treating wounds and/or for use in surgical operations, said compositions forming an elastic air- and water-permeable biodegradable film on the wound surface and having antiseptic, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and especially anesthetic and antitoxic effects. The compositions according to the invention comprise a collagen hydrolysate, one or more salts of alginic acid and one or more antiseptics, and are characterized in that they additionally comprise unithiol and dimethylsulfoxide. The compositions according to the invention may also optionally include one or more anesthetics, preferably local anesthetics.La présente invention concerne de nouvelles compositions antiseptiques colloïdales destinées au traitement des plaies et/ou l'utilisation dans des opérations chirurgicales, lesdites compositions formant un film biodégradable élastique perméable à l'air et à l'eau sur la surface des plaies et présentant des effets antiseptiques, hémostatiques, anti-inflammatoires, de guérison des plaies, et spécialement anesthésiques et antitoxiques. Les compositions selon l'invention comprennent un hydrolysat de collagène, un ou plusieurs sels d'acide alginique et un ou plusieurs antiseptiques, et sont caractérisées en ce que ces dernières comprennent additionnellement de l'unithiol et du diméthylsulfoxyde. Les compositions selon l'invention peuvent également comprendre éventuellement un ou plusieurs agents anesthésiques, préférablement des agents anesthésiques locaux.
