PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant unlikely to cause reduction of strength due to fatigue when repeated stress is applied in a tearing direction from a living tissue.SOLUTION: An implant comprises: a vessel 10 configured expansively deformable by introduction of a filling material which is a fluid at the introduction and hardens after the introduction to express elasticity, the vessel being indwelled in a living body in an expansively deformed state and a reinforced portion 20 which extends in a lumen 10a of the vessel and has a tearing strength larger than that of the hardened filling material. The reinforced portion is formed of an expansion member which is placed in the vessel in a contracted state before the vessel expands, and which maintains an expanded state after the vessel expands.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体組織から引裂方向に繰り返し応力を受けた場合に、疲労による強度低下が生じにくいインプラントを提供する。
