A ketone or oxime compound or a salt thereof of Formula (1): wherein B is a ring of any one of B-1, B-2, or B-3, Q is an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NOR 7 , etc., R 6 is a hydrogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl, etc., R 7 is a hydrogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl, etc., R 8a , R 8b , R 9a , R 9b , R 10 , R 11 , R 12 , R 13 , and R 14 are each independently a hydrogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl, etc., m is an integer of 1 or 2, n is an integer of 0, 1 or 2； and a herbicide comprising the compound or salt thereof.
