PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering article excellent in tight fitness which enables a continued contact of an arbitrarily selected medication with a body site without using an adhesive for developing the same effect as directly applying the medication by bringing it into contact with a body site or for allowing the medication to be absorbed from the body site, and also to provide a method of using the covering article.SOLUTION: A stretchable, stretch-recovering composite fabric obtained by laminating a stretchable film and a fabric acting as a stretchable medication-holding layer is used as a substrate for manufacturing an adhesive-free covering article. A covering article with a three-dimensionally shaped structure for completely covering a body site is manufactured by making use of the properties of the substrate. Applying a medication to a tape-like sheet which uses the completely covering-type article excellent in tight fitness and the substrate and using the tape to completely cover a body site will result in the same effect as applying the medication directly to the body site without using an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】身体部位に任意に選択した薬剤を接触させて薬剤を直接塗布すると同様の効果を発揮させたり、薬剤を身体部位から吸収させたりする為に、接着剤を使用することなく、持続して身体部位と薬剤の接触を行うことを可能とする密着性に優れた被覆用品及び被覆用品の使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】ストレッチ性のフイルムとストレッチ性を有する薬剤保持層になる布帛とをラミネートして得られるストレッチ性、伸縮回復性のある複合布帛を接着剤不使用の被覆用品製造用の基材として使用する。この基材の特性を生かして、身体部位を全体的に被覆する立体形状の身体部位完全被覆用品構造の被覆用品を製造する。密着被覆性に優れたこの完全被覆型被覆用品及び基材使用のテープ状シートに薬剤を塗付し、身体部位を完全被覆して使用することで接着剤を使用せずに薬剤を直接身体部位に塗布すると同様の効果を発揮させることが可能になる。【選択図】図１
