The waste pail (40) is disposed at the bed frame (10) by means of a positioning frame (41). The lower bed board member (20) disposed on the bed frame (10) is provided with a first through hole (21) at a position corresponding to the position of the waste pail (40). The hole cover (50) blocks or unblocks the first through hole (21). The breathable mattress (60) disposed on the lower bed board member (20) is correspondingly provided with a movable member (61). When the movable member (61) moves away from the first through hole (21) along with the hole cover (50), a second through hole (611) is formed in the breathable mattress (60) directly above the first through hole (21), such that fecal matter can be passed from a buttock region of a person into the waste pail (40) below the first through hole (21) and the second through hole (611), and the buttock region can be cleaned by the cleaning device (70) after defecation.
