A compound/ chemical which has oxygen rich free radical when activated by water to generate instantly, the medical grade oxygen without need for motors or electricity, which can be used to save lives in case of emergency. The complete kit comprises a free radical oxygen containing chemical, a water bottle, a nose mask, for plugging the oxygen to the patient in need. The source compound/ chemical is a crystalline adduct of Urea and H2O2, which when kept immersed in a catalytic material and when introduced with pre- measured volume of water instantly generates oxygen without need of pressure and electricity.
