The present invention relates the use of certain cannabidiol derivatives and of their dimethyl heptyl homologs (CBD-DMH) in the treatment of nausea, in particular chemotherapy-induced nausea, and of anti vomiting activity. The present invention relates also to the use of said cannabidiol derivatives being part of a pharmaceutical composition.Linvention concerne lutilisation de certains dérivés de cannabidiol et leurs homologues diméthylheptyles (CBD-DMH) dans le traitement des nausées, notamment des nausées induites par la chimiothérapie, et possédant une activité anti-vomitive. Linvention porte également sur lutilisation de ces dérivés de cannabidiol en tant quélément dune composition pharmaceutique.
