The present invention relates to a front element (b) for the housing of an animal, in a small receptacle, which is better suited to the morphology and the movements of the animal to be compared with the prior art devices, making it possible to guide the animal during its positioning, the lever and / or in its small cell. Such a front element (b) can be implemented by the pair in a front structure (10), so as to delimit the space inside the said small cell.
