PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission probe or the like capable of improving the spatial resolution, illumination depth and light intensity.SOLUTION: The light emission probe to be used for detecting biological information by utilizing light emission includes a light beam generating means for generating light beam having a bright part in an area around the beam axis or in areas across the beam axis on the optical cross-section perpendicular to the beam axis.
