The multiple first patterns (501a) and the multiple second patterns (501b) form multiple intersection regions (901 902) where the first direction and the second direction intersect. The depth of each of the recessed sections (502) located at the intersection regions (901 902) is smaller than the depth of each of the recessed sections (502) located at an intermediate region (903) between two adjacent intersection regions (901 902).
