The present invention relates to a dressing preparation comprising: an absorption layer absorbing an effusion generated from a wound； an upper layer coupled to the upper side of the absorption layer； a lower layer coupled to the lower side of the absorption layer to be in contact with the wound； and a penetration unit penetrating the lower layer, the absorption layer and the upper layer.
