Method for separate manufacturing of mineral salts (calcium and magnesium salts) isolated from alkaline water by electrolysis of sea water and mineral water
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of natural mineral food materials and mineral addition materials of drinking dip sea water by adjusting pH of alkaline water produced by electrolysis of sea water, dip sea water or sea water concentrate to produce magnesium salt and calcium salt precipitate, concentrating and separating. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of high hardness mineral beverage and mineral beverage in which the magnesium:calcium mineral content is adjusted by a step of manufacturing concentrated water and penetrated water by pre-treating sea water or dip sea water, and firstly passing a reverse osmosis membrane (RO)； a step of manufacturing acid water and alkaline water by electrolyzing the concentrated water； a step of producing alkaline water with 10-13 of the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) by adjusting the electric current amount in manufacturing the alkaline water； a step of producing calcium salts and magnesium salts upon pH in a precipitation bath from the alkaline water with 10-13 of the hydrogen ion concentration, and precipitating and separating； and a step of mixing the separated calcium salts and magnesium salts, and dissolving in desalinated water.
