To provide a precision dialysis therapy based on sorbent effluent analysis.SOLUTION: A system comprises an ammonium removal flow path 101 fluidly connectable to an ammonium removal solution source 105, and performs a precision dialysis therapy session on the basis of an analysis of an effluent from a zirconium phosphate sorbent module 102 during an ammonium removal process.
