The present invention relates to an essence oil/medicine delivery device, and more particularly, to a device utilizing a circulator (such as a fan) to circulate essence oil (or medicine) in the air for a long time. The delivery device is mainly composed of soft cloth (such as non-woven cloth), essence oil (or medicine) and a circulator. The soft cloth is first soaked in the essence oil (or medicine), so as to completely permeate the essence oil (or medicine) into the soft cloth, and then the soaked soft cloth is placed at an air return port of the circulator for delivering the essence oil (or medicine) into the air via an outlet of the circulator. The air return port of the circulator can continue sucking in the essence oil (or medicine), and the essence oil (or medicine) is circulated in the air by the outlet, so as to achieve the effect of long-term essence oil (or medicine) distribution in the room.
