The utility model describes a fish longanisa with a component comprising of 76 pcnt by weight of fish meat, 8 pcnt by weight of minced garlic, 8 pcnt by weight of brown sugar, 2 pcnt by weight of iodized salt, and 6 pcnt by weight of spices (powdered black pepper, powdered garlic, curing salt, paprika powder, cayenne powder and allura red). Preferably fish meat is from goatfish (Mullidae). The fish longanisa is healthy and low in cholesterol.
