A main support is mounted to be rotated in a body having a scanning operation space formed therein to scan a teeth treatment model. A first model for displaying information of teeth on one surface thereof is seated on a first model support mounted to be rotated on the main support, and a scanning operation is performed. When a second model for displaying information of teeth on at least one surface thereof is scanned, a second model support capable of rotating a teeth model jig is coupled and used.
