PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter immobilization tool which can stably immobilize a catheter to a patient without imposing a large burden to the patient when immobilizing, and can be handled in a space-saving manner.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an immobilization tool 11 for immobilizing a tubular catheter 1. The catheter-immobilization tool 11 includes a plate-like immobilization tool body 21, a fastening member 41 prepared as a seperate body, and a rotatable connection shaft 45. The plate-like immobilization tool body 21 has a holding part 22 where a catheter holding groove 25 is formed and a pair of wing pieces 23a, 23b. The rotatable connection shaft 45 connects the plate-like immobilization tool body 21 and the fastening member 41, and also functions as the turnable shaft C1 for the fastening member 41. The fastening member 41 is rotated around the rotatable connection shaft 45 along the plane direction of the plate-like immobilization tool body 21.
