The present invention relates to a fluid composition, characterized in that it comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous support: (a) at least one fatty phase； (b) a photoprotective system capable of screening out UV radiation； (c) at least one superabsorbent polymer； (d) at least one crosslinked copolymer of methacrylic acid and of a C1-C4 alkyl acrylate. Another subject of the present invention lies in the use of the combination of a superabsorbent polymer and of a crosslinked copolymer of methacrylic acid and of an alkyl acrylate in a fluid composition comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous support, at least one photoprotective system capable of screening out UV radiation, as a freshness agent and/or as a stabilizer for the composition.La présente invention concerne une composition fluide, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, dans un support aqueux cosmétiquement acceptable : (a) au moins une phase grasse ； (b) un système photoprotecteur apte à bloquer un rayonnement UV ； (c) au moins un polymère superabsorbant ； (d) au moins un copolymère réticulé d'acide méthacrylique et d'un acrylate d'alkyle en C1-C4. Un autre objet de la présente invention réside dans l'utilisation de la combinaison d'un polymère superabsorbant et d'un copolymère réticulé d'acide méthacrylique et d'un acrylate d'alkyle dans une composition fluide comprenant, dans un support aqueux cosmétiquement acceptable, au moins un système photoprotecteur apte à bloquer un rayonnement UV, en tant qu'agent conférant la fraîcheur et/ou en tant que stabilisant pour la composition.
