PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe device where a medication agent with the mixture of first and second components is drawn into a syringe barrel.SOLUTION: A syringe device includes a syringe barrel 10 and a piston 200 having a fluid passageway extending from a vial port. Another syringe device includes a syringe barrel, a piston sleeve and an insert 230. A channel extends along a side of the insert. A valve controls fluid communication between the channel and the syringe barrel. In another syringe device, a valve controls fluid communication between a compartment within the insert and the syringe barrel. A seal 208 is over-molded onto a tip of the insert and an end of a piston sleeve 240. The sleeve 240 is rotated relative to the insert to establish fluid communication between the compartment and a barrel chamber.
