A cap and container assembly includes a container having a base and a side wall extending upward from the base. The base and the side wall define an interior, and the side wall defines an opening leading to the interior. A cap moves with respect to the container between an opened position in which the opening is exposed, and a closed position in which the cap covers the opening. A tab projects outward from the cap and has a bottom surface. A spacer projects from the container side wall at a location beneath the tab when the assembly is in the closed position. The spacer bends inward towards the container in response to application of a sufficient force, to move from a locked position that blocks the bottom surface of the tab, to an unlocked position to expose at least a portion of the bottom surface of the tab.Linvention concerne un ensemble récipient et couvercle comportant un récipient constitué dune base et dune paroi latérale remontant de la base. La base et la paroi latérale définissent un volume intérieur, la paroi latérale définissant quant à elle une ouverture donnant sur le volume intérieur. Le couvercle se déplace par rapport au récipient entre une position ouverte, dans laquelle louverture est dégagée, et une position fermée, dans laquelle le couvercle recouvre louverture. Une patte définissant une surface inférieure dépasse extérieurement du couvercle sur lequel prend naissance ladite patte. Une cale décartement dépasse de la paroi latérale du récipient en un emplacement situé en dessous de la patte quand lensemble est en position fermée. Cette cale décartement fléchit vers lintérieur du récipient en réaction à lapplication dune force suffisante, de façon à passer dune position verrouillée, qui bloque la surface inférieure de la patte, à une position déverrouillée, qui permet de dégager une partie au moins de la surface inférieure de la patte.
