An atopic dermatitis mitigating/treating agent, containing oligonucleotide of the present invention, not only has superior effects of mitigating and treating symptoms of atopic dermatitis, but also stably penetrates the composition in an effective concentration, without stimulation by using porous particles and/or cationic particles when applied to the skin.본 발명은 인간 TSLP의 발현을 억제하는 siRNA 올리고뉴클레오타이드, dsRNA 올리고뉴클레오타이드, 안티센스 RNA 올리고뉴클레오타이드의 미용 및/또는 약학제적 목적을 위한 이의 용도 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 올리고뉴클레오타이드를 함유하는 아토피 개선제/치료제는 아토피 증상 개선효과 및 치료 효과가 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 이를 피부에 적용할 때 다공성 입자 및/또는 양이온성 입자를 사용할 경우 자극 없이, 효과 높은 농도로 안정하고 침투시키는 효능이 있다.
