PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT image correction method and a CT image device which can correct the vibration of a stage during rotation, distortion of a rotational shaft, and the movement of an inspection object (living body or the like) at the time of measurement of the inspection object.SOLUTION: A CT image correction method includes: a step (a) of placing an inspection object S and one or more phantoms 20 on a stage 10 a step (b) of emitting the incident wave from a radiation source 30 to the inspection object S and the phantoms 20 a step (c) of using a detector 40 to obtain a plurality of transmission images in which the inspection object S and the phantoms 20 are simultaneously observed at the plural positions and angles and a step (d) of correcting the influence of disturbance, the displacement of equipment containing inclination of the stage 10, and the movement of the inspection object S from the plurality of transmission images in real time, and obtaining the correct CT image of the inspection object S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
