A haploid inducer plant line genetically modified with a nucleic acid molecule encoding a DNA editing agent is provided. Also provided is a method of genetically modifying a haploid inducer, the method comprising genetically modifying the haploid inducer plant with a nucleic acid molecule encoding a DNA editing agent, thereby genetically modifying the haploid inducer. L'invention concerne également un procédé de modification génétique d'un inducteur d'haploïde, le procédé consistant à modifier génétiquement la plante inductrices d'haploïde à l'aide d'une molécule d'acide nucléique codant un agent d'édition d'ADN, pour modifier ainsi génétiquement l'inducteur d'haploïde. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de telles plantes haploïdes dans l'amélioration génétique.
