An object of the present invention is to provide a film preparation capable of blending a large amount of a drug. The present invention provides a film preparation comprising a film substrate containing a water-soluble polymer and drug-containing particles having a coating layer held on the film substrate and containing a hydrophobic film agent as the outermost layer. The content of the drug in the drug-containing particle may be 0.1 to 95% by mass with respect to the whole film preparation.
