A removable orthodontic correction device includes a first correction unit, a second correction unit, and a plurality of elastic members. The first correction unit is removably worn on anterior teeth of the maxillary or mandibular dental arch and has a plurality of first connection portions thereon. The second correction unit is removably worn on posterior teeth of the same maxillary or mandibular dental arch and has a plurality of second connection portions thereon. The elastic members couple the first connection portions to the second connection portions.
