In one embodiment, a neuropathic assistance system senses and detects at least one of: an inflammation condition, a wound, and a wound-causing environmental factor in an affected tissue, that may cause at least one of: a visual alert, a tactile alert, and an audio alert, to be output in response to a sensing and detection of at least one of: an inflammation condition, a wound, and a wound-causing environmental factor.
