The present invention relates to an X-ray capturing device which obtains a camera image of a subject in which an X-ray irradiating region is displayed through a separate camera and can remotely judge in real time by a photographer the region to which the X-ray is irradiated. An X-ray image generated instead of an image of the X-ray irradiating region is inserted in the camera image and an edit image composed of a combination of a real camera image of the subject and the X-ray image is generated, so that even a person who is not familiar with the X-ray image can easily and rapidly understand where the X-ray image corresponds to the entire body part and a patient sick part through the edit image. An area size of the X-ray irradiating region and an amount of radiation exposure of the X-ray irradiated to the subject at a separation distance can accurately measure or calculate in real time.
