The dialyzate temperature monitoring method comprises the following steps: obtaining temperature parameters of a dialyzate placed in a dialyzate bag on a tray of the peritoneal dialysis instrument (4) regularly by means of a first temperature sensor (80), a second temperature sensor (81) and a third temperature sensor (82) determining corresponding monitoring logics according to working states of the peritoneal dialysis instrument (4) respectively and judging the obtained temperature parameters of the dialyzate according to the monitoring logics corresponding to the working states of the peritoneal dialysis instrument (4), and providing a warning prompt if the temperature parameters deviate.
