FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for producing a food product based on leavened dough, leavened puff pastry dough or puff pastry dough, as well as to a food product obtained in accordance with this method, and in particular to Viennese pastries. Method for obtaining a food product comprises preparing dough, kneading the dough, forming a raw food product from the dough. At least one surface of the raw food is shaped as a single arch or in the form of multiple, successively arranged arches. Food product is characterised by the presence of two or more points of support located at the ends of said food product formed by said arch or successively arranged arches.
