A spa chair with a novel pedicure basin is disclosed. The pedicurebasin has a main basin and a secondary basin. The main basin is where the feetofthe person sitting in the spa chair goes. This main basin is generally filledwithwater. In one embodiment, the main basin has water overflow protection throughalowered rim, directing the overflow of water to a secondary basin. This methodofoverflow protection is especially useful where the main basin has a linerblocking thedrain hole within the main basin.
