The mask has a central part (1) made of woven fabric of a foam film, where a lining film is attached on the central part to filter light. Fabric strings (3A, 3B) are attached at a right side and a left side of the mask, where the strings are sewn with hemmed finish (4). The central part covers the face and the eyes of a user, where the left side string and right side string are tied behind the head of the user.
