PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid food product with a high content of hyaluronic acid, excellent in moldability and shape retention ability, capable of being mass produced and a manufacturing method for enabling mass production of the solid food product.SOLUTION: The food product with a high content of hyaluronic acid includes 25 wt.% to 60 wt.% of hyaluronic acid, 35 wt.% to 50 wt.% of a hydrophilic solvent, and 3 wt.% to 10 wt.% of water content in the whole of the food product. The manufacturing method of a food product with a high content of hyaluronic acid includes the steps of: kneading raw material powder containing hyaluronic acid powder and a hydrophilic solvent to produce a kneaded product with a high content of hyaluronic acid, from which producing a molded product with a high content of hyaluronic acid in an arbitrary size and contacting the molded product with a high content of hyaluronic acid with water.
