Disclosed is an adhesive sheet comprising a carrier sheet, an adhesive patch, and a release sheet, laminated in that order. In the disclosed adhesive sheet, (a) the adhesive patch comprises two layers, namely a support body and an adhesive layer of the same shape, (b) the carrier sheet is adjacent to the support body of the aforementioned adhesive patch, (c) said adhesive sheet is configured from a grip section and a body part, (d) in the body part, or in the body part and the grip part, the surface area of the release sheet is greater than that of the adhesive patch, (e) the boundary between the grip part and the body part is formed by an incision, and (f) said incision goes through the adhesive patch from the release sheet side, and cuts into the carrier sheet from the adhesive patch side, reaching a depth greater than or equal to 20% but less than 50% of the thickness of said carrier sheet. The disclosed adhesive sheet is formed by arranging in parallel on a release sheet multiple adhesive patches, on which a carrier sheet is laminated.
