PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet in which, an intermittent notch of an exterior film is not exposed to outside, and packaged rice lump.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 10 of the invention comprises: an exterior film 20 having plural intermittent notches 23； an interior film 30 which can be partitioned on a position where substantially faces the intermittent notches of the exterior film； and a sheet-like food product 40 arranged between the exterior and interior films. An outer surface of the exterior film has a peeled sheet 50 for covering the intermittent notches from outside, and the peeled sheet has a zipper part 53 between a pair of cutting lines 51, 51 which are formed substantially in parallel to the intermittent notches of the exterior film, and has adhesion parts 55 on both sides of the zipper part.
