The invention relates to the field of the prevention of the risks of use of medical beds with frontal exit. The present invention makes it possible to solve the complexity imposed by a frontal exit of a medical bed while retaining the clinical capacity for adjusting the height of the leg resection, which is favorable in the event of vascular hypotension of the patient. The innovation described in this patent, allows to associate in the same mechanism, a ratchet leg relieve for treating the hypotension of the patient in the extended position and the rearward traction of the leg segment of the bed when the bed position out of position end.
