Present invention relates to an applicator device with mixing unit (M) for two component injectable gel mixtures for various applications. The device comprises of a dual syringe (3, 4) arrangement, operated using a single plunging system to deliver their contents with varying viscosities in predetermined volume ratios. Each syringe is lodged and supported with a plunger holder. Upon dispensing, the contents of the syringes discharges into the mixing chamber (7) which creates a homogenous mixture. The mixing chamber (7) houses a twisted ribbon helical static mixer (9) that effectively homogenizes the two components with minimum pressure drop, low material loss, little back-mixing and high mixing efficiency to obtain a uniform gel. Mixing occurs in a continuous helical swirl guided by the orientation of the mixing element (9). The conical shape of the mixing chamber (7) and a threaded baffle on the chamber wall minimizes the dead space. The mixing unit is connected to a nozzle, needle or cannula of appropriate dimension for application of the mixture.
