A delivery system for a transcatheter heart valve (THV) to a subject is provided, the delivery system includes a delivery catheter housing the THY therein； an elongated member for receiving the THV thereon and having an accessory extending from the distal portion thereof, the accessory comprising a plurality of components for alignment with commissures of the THV during delivery of the THV, and a rotational member connected to the elongated member to rotate the accessory and THV together to align with a native or bioprosthetic valve commissure or valve leaflet at a desired angle.La présente invention concerne un système de pose pour valve cardiaque transcathéter (THV) à un sujet, le système de pose comprenant un cathéter de pose logeant la THY en son sein ； un élément allongé pour recevoir la THV dessus et ayant un accessoire s'étendant depuis sa partie distale, l'accessoire comprenant une pluralité d'éléments pour l'alignement avec les commissures de la THV durant la pose de la THV, et un élément rotatif relié à l'élément allongé pour faire tourner l'accessoire et la THV ensemble pour l'alignement avec une commissure de valve d'origine naturelle ou bioprothétique ou un feuillet de valve sous un angle souhaité.
