Zusammensetzung enthaltend oder bestehend aus den folgenden Komponenten: A) 10 bis 25 Gew.-% Ingwer-Extrakt, gewonnen durch ein Extraktionsverfahren mittels überkritischem Kohlendioxid, B) 60 bis 87 Gew.-% Wasser, C) 3 bis 10 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Feuchthaltemittels, D) 0 bis 3 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Stabilisators, sowie E) 0 bis 2 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Verdickungsmittels.A composition containing or consisting of the following components: A) 10 to 25% by weight of ginger extract obtained by a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction process, B) 60 to 87% by weight of water, C) 3 to 10% by weight at least one humectant, D) 0 to 3 wt .-% of at least one stabilizer, and E) 0 to 2 wt .-% of at least one thickener.
