The belt members (4) have waist opening edges (19)arranged in the front and rear waist regions so as to be separated in the front-reardirection (Y) and facing each other. In front and rear belt sections (6, 7) ofthe belt members (4), front and rear waist regions (1, 2) have a total luminoustransmittance of not less than 55% and include see-through regions through whicha skin of a wearer of the article is visible. The see-through regions occupy notless than 40% of the front and rear waist regions (1, 2), and reinforcement elasticmembers (35) for the front and rear belt sections (6, 7) are attached in the lateraldirection (X) to the waist opening edges (19).
