A composition for mucosal delivery, comprising two or more of the following:(a) an antigen which induces an immune response against Haemophilusinfluenzae； (b) an antigen which induces an immune response against Neisseriameningitidis； and (c) an antigen which induces an immune response againstStreptococcus pneumoniae. The combination allows a single dose for immunisingagainst three separate causes of a common disease, namely bacterial meningitis.
